REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@howwetravel.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@howwetravel.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. We will gladly replace the product within 10 days of the date purchased. A gift card may be given per owner's discretion once timeframe is exceeded.
How We Travel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow 4-13 days to receive your order. Select items take up to 30 days for delivery.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).
How We Travel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
